If you want to find out the apps which you have deleted recently and want to restore them, then what you do is go ahead and open Apps store Now tap on the icon at the top and select Purchased. This will show you the apps, which you have recently deleted.
Whenever you see this icon cloud icon, this means these applications you have deleted recently.
So if you want to restore them just tap on this cloud iCloud here and enter the password for your apple id Now, you can see that the app is being restored to my iPhone .
