have a very rugged design with a lot of the steel frame being visible you have the dual rear shocks and then the larger 12 inch tire okay so if you've ever been a scooter owner before you're always going to want to know where your battery is located and how do you get underneath that seat also where's my fuel tank is it underneath the seat or is it on an external part of the
scooter to start off with the battery you're going to see this trapdoor down here that's where your battery is going to be located it's held on by two screws additionally some scooters will have an ignition where you'll turn the key to the left and that's going to pop up your seat this scooter actually is going to have a side entry so you're going to turn the key to the right open the seat
up now you'll notice that your gas cap is going to be underneath the seat this is actually a security feature because you don't want to have someone able to mess with your scooter or mess with the fuel tank when you're not at that scooter if it's parked in the location so it's going to be trapped underneath the seat so you make sure that it's kept away from theft when you're filling up your
fuel tank you always want to make sure you use in premium gasoline you also have a lot of storage underneath that scooter so I want to zoom in and show you what that underneath storage looks like ok so as I mentioned I want to show you this under seat storage so you lift up the seat you're going to see there's a large bucket down here you could put a lot of accessories in
there whether it's a half helmet whether you've got a towel or a lock or a cover anything you want to put under there you're also going to see your fuel tank you have two different arrows going to the front and rear of the scooter that's where this the scooter cap is going to be lined up when it's tightened to loosen it turn it to the left and lift it up you'll then put
it back on and tighten it so you've got your arrows lining up front to rear again all right so now we're on the other side of the scooter next to the muffler I want to show you that we've got dual shocks so on the left and right side of the rear of the scooter we've got a shock absorber now having shocks is really important having quality shocks is even more important because when
you're driving on the road and you maybe hit a bump or you hit a pothole is good to have good shock system if it's too tight what's going to happen is it's going to be very rigid and it's going to leave you with a very very rough ride so what I want to do here is hop on the scooter real quick and just bounce on a little bit and really show you how
much give these shocks have so as you see as I'm bouncing here that scooter is absorbing a lot of those bounces and a lot of the uneven terrain so you as a writer are going to have a much smoother ride than if it were a lower quality type of a shock system like some of the competition uses all right so this scooter has front disc and rear drum brakes this is the front
of the scooter you can see the large aggressive brake disc now I want to take you up and show you the handlebars so on the left side you can have your headlight switch along with your turn signals and horn here is your dashboard and on the right side you've got your kill switch and your electric start you want to make sure that you're always holding in a brake handle when using the electric
